Following the 18 months during which parents were not allowed to remain on school grounds due to Covid 19, the garden needed a huge overhaul this summer which was undertaken by several families and which has meant we now have the old wooden vegetable beds back in working order and the perennial plants tamed and back in a manageable state. The garden is the size of a standard allotment, so has several raised beds and two apple trees. Several families came together this weekend to get many jobs done at the garden, including building a new picket fence, preparing our raised beds for the winter and getting our new sign fitted.
